DERUIZ attempts to ship to addresses in all EU countries.
2. Shipping costs

Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia: Free delivery service available nationwide.
Czech Republic, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, Denmark, Hungary, Romania: Free delivery service available in most areas, to the following zones:
Czech Republic (zones 1-8);
France (zones 1-10);
Spain (zones 1-10);
Italy (zones 1-10);
Portugal (zones 1-10);
Bulgaria (zones 1-6);
Denmark (zones 1-5);
Hungary (zones 1-6);
Romania (zones 1-6).
Finland, Greece, Sweden: Delivery service available in most areas, €19.95 per order, to the following postal codes:
Finland (zones 1-8);
Greece (zones 1-5);
Sweden (zones 1-8).
Switzerland: Delivery available to zones 1 to 9 at a flat rate of €165 per order.
United Kingdom: Delivery available to zones 1 to 10 at a flat rate of €185 per order.
Norway: Delivery available to zones 1 to 6 at a flat rate of €215 per order.
Since Switzerland, UK, and Norway are non-EU, the VAT, customs fees, etc. in these countries are paid by the customer.
ATTENTION:
- Shipping is free within Germany. For remote areas in other countries, like islands, delivery may not be possible or incur extra fees, which will be borne by the customer.
- For customers outside of Germany, please leave a note with your VAT number when placing your order.

3. Shipping time

4. Change of delivery address
Please contact us to change your address before your order is shipped. Once a package is shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
5. Order tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number and a link to the email address you used to place the order. You can click on the link in the email to track your order.
- Please enter your order_id and the e-mail address you used to place the order in the TRACK YOUR ORDER page to check your order status and logistics information.
6. Abnormal or lost parcels
If the tracking information has not been updated for more than 3 days, please contact DERUIZ customer service team and we will deal with it for you in time. If it is confirmed that the parcel is lost, DERUIZ will bear all the losses, but if the parcel appears later, please refuse to accept the parcel.
