I bought the bikes online. Delivery was quick and easy. The bikes arrived very well packaged. They were pre-assembled, and all I had to do was unfold them, install the handlebars, and adjust the seat. I hopped on and off I went. The controls were self-explanatory, smooth, and everything was there. I'm completely impressed with the bikes' power, and they handle amazingly well. We were completely impressed by the bikes and would definitely recommend them.

I bought an e-bike from Deruiz and am currently very satisfied. There's a Deruiz service point near my house, which makes me very happy. I can go there whenever I need maintenance or advice. The staff is very professional and has given me many useful tips.

Quartz It's been a huge help. It has front and rear baskets, side bags, and even a pet trailer that can be attached! It's awesome; I don't have to carry a backpack to camp anymore. The battery life is also sufficient, and all in all, this bike is a hit with me.
